Worlds Largest Thermometer
The World's Largest Thermometer is located in the city of Baker, California and is 134 feet tall. The story tells that on 1913 it was recorded the highest temperature ever, it was 134 degrees Fahrenheits and until today there has not been a higher temperature recorded in the city of Baker.
I stop on my way to Las Vegas at Baker to check out this famous thermometer i had hear about, i thought it would be an interesting experience to get a closer look at the tallest thermometer in the whole world. Baker is a small city, you can say Baker is half the way from Victorville to Las Vegas. There is not much to do but sure is the perfect place to stop on the way to the city that never sleeps, it has everything you need there is a gas station, there is a store that you can get some souvenirs, and lots of fast food restaurants.
To check out the Largest Thermometer take exit 246 from I-15, you wont miss it you'll see it from the freeway, it wont take much of your time to explore this unique thermometer and you will have something more to talk about from your trip.
